Delivery Options Overview
We offer flexible delivery options designed for customers across India. Depending on your location and the items in your order, you may choose standard delivery, express delivery or scheduled local delivery. Fresh and frozen products are carefully packed to help maintain their quality during transportation.
Delivery charges and estimated arrival times are shown at checkout before payment. Customers in selected service areas may also choose store pickup, where available. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email or SMS so you can follow its delivery progress.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Due to the perishable nature of fresh vegetables, fruits, seafood, dairy products, frozen foods and other temperature-sensitive items, these products cannot normally be returned once delivered. However, customers may request a replacement or refund if an item arrives damaged, spoiled, leaking, expired or different from what was ordered. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order details along with clear photos of the affected product.
Unopened and unused non-perishable products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original packaging with all seals, labels and accessories intact. Products damaged through improper storage, handling or use after delivery may not qualify for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by us.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- To request a return, replacement or refund, customers may be asked to provide:
- The product in its original packaging, where applicable
- The order invoice, receipt or valid proof of purchase
- Clear photographs or videos showing the damaged, defective or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, UPI service, card provider or payment gateway, and will follow our refund policy and applicable Indian consumer regulations.

Please check the tracking link sent to your registered email address or mobile number after dispatch. Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of weather conditions, local restrictions, high order volumes or courier-related issues. If the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact our customer support team with your order number.
Delivery availability on public holidays depends on your location and the operating schedule of our delivery partners. Some orders may be delivered as usual, while others may be moved to the next working day. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout will provide the latest information.
We deliver to selected PIN codes across India. Enter your delivery PIN code on the product page, cart or checkout page to confirm whether delivery is available in your area. Certain fresh, frozen and temperature-sensitive products may only be available within selected service zones.
Next-day delivery is not available for every product or location. Availability depends on your PIN code, order time, product stock and delivery capacity. Eligible orders will display the next-day delivery option during checkout.
We recommend that you or an authorised person be available to receive the order, especially when it contains fresh, frozen or perishable products. Some prepaid orders may be handed to security staff or another authorised recipient where permitted. Cash-on-delivery orders may require payment at the time of delivery.
